In September 2021 imagination whispered to me about EVOLUTION in the guise of a coconut (welcome to my world!)
That initial 'conversation' inspired Evolve The Gathering, an annual transformational journey wrapped in a Greek holiday, and a collaboration with the inimical Taylor Roark of Galliant Trainings.
The seeds of Evolve have continued to flourish, our collaboration of two has become three with the addition of Paula Jones - founder of Beyond Knowing, teacher and pioneer of spirit-led leadership.
We launched Evolve For Entrepreneurs in conjunction with the oldest organic vineyard in Portugal in May 2023 and last month we kicked off Evolve: The Spirit-Led Leadership program 2024-2025 the next evolution for those who want to influence and create a different future.
A 9 month blended online and in person program our participants choose to play at the top of their game, are willing to step into uncertainty and the unknown, go beyond traditional definitions of success to discover true self-leadership and a full, authentic and empowered expression of themselves. They desire to impact and contribute in the world from their deepest knowing and from the groundedness of spirit.
Our first weekend (of five) was spent at Monkton Wyld, a educational centre for sustainable living. Our cohort from Ireland, Austria, Norway, the Netherlands as well as the UK dove into community, kinship, the vibration of spirit and the foundations of spirit-led orientation.
A weekend of experience, connection, curiosity, good conversation and more.
Full of gratitude for my fellow facilitators Taylor Roark & Paula Jones and this amazing first cohort of pioneering beings and to Lee Sandford of Sandford Stables for his equine genius and letting us play with his horses and Ellen Coomber for her generosity supporting our group.
For our next weekend we will be heading to Norway, to luxuriate in the magic of deep winter and deeper adventures of spirit.
