Who knew that there was temperate rainforest in Cornwall?!
I have just spent the weekend at Cabilla Cornwall, immersed in the quiet majesty of nature - in a place that feels more like a living being than a location. Hidden in the heart of Bodmin Moor, Cabilla is home to one of the UK’s last remaining fragments of temperate rainforest. It’s also the base of the Thousand Year Trust, an initiative devoted to rewilding, restoration, and reconnecting people to the wisdom of the land.
This is the final weekend with our 2024 cohort of Evolve: The Spirit-Led Leadership program and Cabilla is the perfect backdrop to complete our journey of learning to live, work and create from spirit.
Being spirt-led we honour the profundity of wisdom that it is available all around us when we stop, pause and listen. Wisdom is available anywhere, but in a place like Cabilla, it feels like the volume is turned up, nature is thrumming in pleasure, everywhere there are signs of new life, emergence, and possibility.
We have completed on a 9-month journey, exquisitely powerful and heart-stoppingly poignant but we have the profound awareness that connection is inherent and lives on. We are looking forward to future collaborations and creations with this cohort and welcoming in our next cohort of Leaders Of The Future.
If you are curious about living your life from a whole new perspective, about finding lightness, ease and fun in your work, about making a difference and leaving legacy get in touch. Our next journey kicks off September 2025. For more information check out here.
