Many moons ago I was a computer programmer. It wasn't the easiest of work for me. I could easily get caught in the detail. I would have to go to my boss to get untangled.
He would sigh. And then ask a question.
It always went like this. The sigh and then the question. It got to the point that when I felt the tension of my tangle.
I would sigh. And then ask myself - what question would Moez ask?
It was only when I got to the end of all the possible questions that I could imagine that he would ask that I would go to his desk.
Often I resolved the issue before it got to that point.
I had to visit his desk less and less.
He was a great mentor.
