Every day my intention is to choose where to put my focus to create and live the life that really matters to me.
Some days that is harder than others.
Here are my top tips to have it all on any given day
1. Get up early [or earlier in my case]
2. Get into my body - that can be yoga, Qi Gong and or a dip in the ocean depending on where I am and how the weather is.
3. Onboard Nourishment - in my case this definitely includes a good cup of coffee
4. Lock in End Of Day plan - something to look forward to, dinner with friends or a good book to read
5. Establish Working Hours - working backwards from End Of Day planÂ
6. Create Priority Work List
7. Go to Work - cafe by the sea is my ideal if I am so lucky :-)
8. Action my Priority Work List - follow the path of least resistance, good enough rather than perfect
9. Log off - consciously purposefully moving from work mode to relaxation, decompression
10. Segue to the sea or some place where makes my heart sing ending the day on a high note
