Growing or Dying?

There are times when I think nothing is happening, even worse when I think that everything is falling apart.
As I get older I have become familiar with this stage of growth - the disintegration of the seed, the putrefaction stage of alchemy, in the darkness the roots seeks sustenance in the earth away from the light.
As it connects with source, with the life force of water THEN the more visible growth can start.
See the avocado seed - see the shoots are a fraction of the size of the root.
To grow we must first die. The stoics say that we are either growing or dying. I say that we are growing and dying. Nothing stays the same. Change is inevitable what we do about it and how we choose to see it is choice.
Dying is uncomfortable, disorientating but because I see life as ever expanding on both a cellular level and in terms of my presence in the world I can purposefully and consciously intend and welcome in this feeling of disintegration.
I orchestrate evolution in me and for those I coach and teach - I will be taking my own medicine in Corfu from 18th - 24th June 2023 on Evolve The Journey a morning workshop - wrapped in the warm sun and sparkling ocean of the Ionian sea.
I will be purposefully dying to concepts of how I think it should be to grow into a new paradigm of collaboration, connection and love.
