There is a saying "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"
Fishing in the ocean of the superconscious is my bread and butter. The superconscious is imagination, intuition, it is where GENIUS resides - and you can catch it in the moment before the mind starts thinking.
Here are my fishing tips:
For 5-10 minutes per day get comfortable, somewhere quiet, preferably close your eyes.
1. Choose your highest good: this is about finding out what is important to you. It is NOT about planning your day, working out the logistics of your home life or solving the problems of the world.
2. Acknowledge your thoughts and feelings: they are a reflection of your past experience, your fears, doubts, the world as you learnt to see it. An imperfect version of reality
3. Let go of needing to know: there is nothing to make sense of or work out. That is for later in your day.
4. Meet your genius: imagine a golden circle or if you are not visual just know it is there, choose to step into it.
5. Be curious: don't expect what you get to make sense, it is symbolic, notice its quality, how it makes you feel, appreciate the wisdom of it even if you don't know - yet - what that is.
Rinse & repeat daily
